The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection, to the tenability of the Writ Petition at the Nagpur Bench of the High Court. It is stated that the petitioner has only sought the protection of his services and the office of respondent nos.3 to 4 are located at Pune.

We uphold the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent.

In view of the preliminary objection, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file the Writ Petition, at the principal seat. We permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty.

The ad-interim relief granted on 8th October, 2016 to continue, for a period of eight weeks.

Order accordingly. No costs.
