This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

It is stated that the First Appeal No. 707/2005 has been decided by this Court on 31/07/2018 and the same was partly allowed in favour of the claimants. 4.

It is further stated that the original claimant No. 6 who is the father of the deceased since dead, the legal representatives of claimant No. 6 are already on record.

It is submitted that the applicant No. 1 is the wife of the deceased while applicant Nos. 2 to 5 are his children and applicant No. 7 is the mother of the deceased.

As the appeal is already decided, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon in equal shares.

The Registry is directed to release the amount of compensation with accrued interest in equal shares to the applicants.

The application stands disposed of.
