Once the admission to the 3rd Round are already concluded, we see no reason in the absence of there being any statutory provisions or otherwise to grant the relief claimed in the petition viz. directing not only conduct of 4th Round but also permission to the petitioner to get registered in the 4th Round.

The petitioner has other avenue of competing from All-India quota.

That being so there is no substance in the petition, the same is dismissed.
