This is an application for correction of the name of the father of appellant No.2.

It is stated that due to a mistake, the name of the father of appellant No.2 is written as 'Samrat'. It is stated that the name of the father of appellant No.2 is 'Sabharat'. In order to substantiate this contention, the appellant No.2 has produced his PAN card and bank account passbook. The name of the father of appellant No.2 as can be seen from this PAN card is Sabharat. It is stated that it was a bona fide mistake committed by the Advocate, who had drafted the claim as well as the appeal. On going through the record, I am satisfied that it was a

14.CAF.3251.2024.odt typographical error. It needs to be corrected. If it is not corrected, then the appellant No.2 who has been found entitled to get the compensation would be deprived of the same. As such, the application is allowed.

In terms of prayer, necessary correction, as prayed for, be made forthwith. After correction in the judgment, it be uploaded accordingly.

The civil application stands disposed of.
