The learned Counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the matter has been settled through mediation.

2] The report of the Mediator is placed on record. It appears that the matter has been settled amicably for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of the entire accidental claim.

3] In view thereof, nothing survives in the First Appeal. The same is disposed of as settled. 4] At this stage, the learned Counsel for the appellants makes a request that the appellants may be permitted to withdraw the amount, which respondent no.3 will deposit in due course.

5] The request being innocuous is allowed.
