A prayer is made to direct the respondent no. 1 - Authority to expeditiously decide the various Change Report Proceedings.

Mr. Dangre, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that though the petitioner is not a party to the Change Report Proceedings, in the larger interest of the society, such prayer has been made.

In view of the prayer made, we permit the petitioner to prefer an application for grant of early hearing in respective Change Report Proceedings. 5.

If such application is made by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the concerned Authority will
