The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has moved this Court for speaking to minutes. It is stated in the last paragraph of the order dated 10-6-2013 that "respondents would be at liberty to withdraw the same". However, it is submitted that respondent no. 1 is the only contesting respondent and other respondents are collusive defendants. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. In the last but one line of the order, the word 'respondents' be replaced with 'respondent no. 1'. JUDGE JUDGE wasnik ...../-
