According to him, the benefits of policy which is framed for granting compensation to the persons who are died due to Covid-19 virus, are not extended to the petitioner. 3.

We have gone through the record of the case and detailed representation submitted by petitioner, in the form of legal notice, which is at page 35, dated 5/10/2024. Since the issue is not decided by the respondent authorities, we direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 05/10/2024, within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks from today.
