By Civil Application No. 912 of 2017, a prayer is made that the plaint in Special Civil Suit No. 350 of 1996 be permitted to be corrected to mention the correct sheet number as "40-A", instead of 40.

This request is not opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

Accordingly, the description of Sheet No. 40 as mentioned in para 1 of the plaint is permitted to be corrected to Sheet No. 40-A. Necessary amendment be carried out.

Application is disposed of.
