The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount. The amount is already deposited by respondent Nos.3 and 4 on 25.09.2024. There is no impediment as matter is finally decided, to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount.

The Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of applicant along with accrued interest within a period of three weeks on verification of the relevant documents.
