The reply tendered by the learned A.G.P. is taken on record.

Mr.A.I.Sheikh, learned Counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to file additional affidavit to press the point of grant of costs. He submits that the order has been complied with only after filing of Contempt Petition.

However, since the order has been complied with, looking to the fact that the petitioner has been granted permission to start the Urdu medium Secondary School, we are not inclined to intervene in the matter. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
