DATED : 17-02-2025 The learned AGP for respondents Nos. 1 to 3 submits that until December 2022, respondent No. 2 paid the arrears towards maintenance and non-salary grants to the petitioners. In response, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has not disputed this fact but conceded it. 2.
The learned AGP further submitted that a proposal for maintenance and non-salary grants from 2023 onwards has been forwarded to the Government, and the grants shall be released within twelve weeks in favour of the petitioners. His statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, respondents are directed to release the remaining maintenance and non-salary grants to the petitioners within eight weeks from today. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.) Belkhede
