The petitioner who is not a party to the proceedings before the Tahsildar seeks execution of the order dated 4-1-2016 that directs the parties therein to remove the encroachment. It is seen that the petitioner had filed an application for intervention in the said proceedings and the same was rejected. We therefore find that the petitioner does not have the necessary locus to seek execution of the order dated 4-1-2016.

The writ petition is therefore not entertained at the instance of the petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
