Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is squarely covered by the Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagwan v/s State of Maharashtra and others, reported in 2019(3) Mh.L.J. 903. Thus, he submits that nothing survives in this petition.
