This petition was filed on 24/09/2018. By order dated 23/09/2019 i.e. almost after one year, the Court has directed issuance of notice to the respondents.

Office note shows that the petitioners have not supplied copy of the petition and therefore, notice of respondent No.2 is not issued.

When the matter came to be called out, none appeared for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
