The petitioner has applied for regular parole on account of his mother illness. Respondent No. 2 Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur has allowed petitioner's urge by passing order dated 28.06.2024. Latter, the petitioner was transferred to the Morshi Open Prison, Amravait, however he has not been released.

Since already the Divisional Commissioner has allowed the application, we direct respondent No. 3 Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to give effect to the order dated 28.06.2024 passed by respondent No.2 Authority.

Necessary action be taken within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.

6.

Fees to the appointed counsel for petitioner be paid as per Rule.
