On 05.06.2020 this Court caused notice in this petition. 2.

Thereafter the petition was listed before this Court on 05.01.2024, the date before which the respondents have already completed the pleadings. However, by consent, the petition was adjourned to 29.01.2024. When the petition was listed on 29.01.2024 on which date the counsel for petitioner sought adjournment on the ground of personal difficulty. Accordingly, the matter was posted on 05.02.2024, as a last chance.

When the matter was listed on 05.02.2024 before this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment as the petitioner wants to file re-joinder. In view of the consent extended by other side, the matter was posted on 26.02.2024 with conditional order of dismissal. It was thus listed on 26.02.2024, on that date also the matter was adjourned by consent for today. 4.

Today also the counsel for petitioner, inspite of granting opportunities on last three occasions, is not in a position to work out the matter.

That being so, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
