This is an application for permission to withdraw the compensation amount of Rs.15,62,273/-. 2.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Perused the application.

The learned advocate for the respondents submitted that respondent No.4 - Mahadevrao S/o Nathuji Mankar is died on 26.08.2017. Therefore, amount of share of respondent No.4 be paid to the other respondents equally.

Considering submission of learned advocate for the respondents, the application is allowed as prayed. Registry is directed to pay that amount along with accrued interest thereon.

The learned advocate for the appellant on instruction submits that remaining amount be refunded to the appellant. After paying the compensation amount to the

15.caf.3262.24.odt claimants, the Registry is directed to refund the balance amount along with accrued interest thereon to the appellant.

Radha D/o Gunwanta Mankar her marriage invitation card is filed on record. Registry is further directed to pay the amount in her new name i.e. Radha W/o Sunil Age, as prayed.
