The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 18.09.2015 transferring the petitioner from Gondia to Nagpur.

Ms N. Chaubey, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order of transfer is a mid-term transfer and no reasons have been assigned while passing the said order. It is submitted that along with the petitioner, thirteen other officials were also transferred but, subsequently, on 03.11.2015, the transfer orders of four officials were cancelled. It is then submitted that on 18.09.2015, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent no.1 for being retained at Gondia itself. It is, however, submitted that the petitioner has joined the place of his transfer at Nagpur.

Shri M.R. Pillai, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, submitted that the services of the respondent no.3 stood transferred from Bhandara to Gondia and presently he has also joined the place of his transfer.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and the respondent no.3 have already joined at their respective places of transfer, the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the

WP6499-15 respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.09.2015 in accordance with law when they effect general transfers in Summer-2016.

The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. There would be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
