DATE : 23.03.2015.
On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, a notice for final disposal was issued to the respondents in regard to the prayer made by the petitioners for a direction to the Collector to decide the representation made by the petitioners.
Shri Rao, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Collector, states that the Collector would decide the representation as early as possible. Since the prayer made by the petitioners is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Amravati to decide the representation of the petitioners as early as possible and positively within a period of three months. The parties undertake to appear before the Collector at Amravati on 06/04/2015 so that issuance of notice to the parties could be dispensed with. Order accordingly. No costs.
