The only prayer made by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the respondent no.1. On 01-11-2023 the learned Assistant Government Pleader was directed to obtain instructions as regards the period within which the appeal would
2 wp7420.23 be decided. On instructions it is submitted that within a period of two months the said appeal would be decided. 3.
Considering the facts of the case and as the appeal has been filed on 27-05-2022 it is directed that the same be decided on its own merits by 31-12-2023.

Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
