02] We find that as the students have already been permitted to continue with their studies in the same college as per the interim directions issued on 18/11/2022, even this application deserves to be allowed in terms of the prayer made in the application.

03] The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of the prayer clause subject to the final outcome of this petition and also to the condition that the 18 students are otherwise eligible to appear for the examination. Permission is granted to deposit late fee.

04] Authenticated copy of this order be furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
