This is an application for stay of the impugned order passed by Family Court, Nagpur granting maintenance to the present non applicant at the rate of Rs.3000/- per month payable by both the applicants.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the record. From perusal of the record, I do not find any substance in the present application. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No. 324/2013 is rejected.
