By this application Cross-objector is seeking condonation of delay in filing the cross-objection. It is submitted by the learned Advocate Mr. Nakshane that 150 days delay is caused in filing the cross-objection, as the cross-objector is in financial difficulty as well as he is illiterate person.

The learned Advocate appearing for the acquiring body submitted that subject to the waiver of the interest delay can be condoned.

The learned AGP endorsed the same contention.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 150 days is condoned subject to the waiver of the interest of the delayed period.
