The case of the petitioner is that his father and brother hold validity and the claim of the petitioner for issuance of validity is pending before the Committee for last two years. The prayer is for issuance of direction to the Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

In this background, we permit the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 07.01.2025 with directions to the Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six months thereafter.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
