Heard Shri Parate, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Khubalkar, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 3 and Shri Palshikar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 4.

Perused memo of writ petition as also reply placed on record by Respondent No. 3. The perusal of impugned seniority list shows that lady at Sr. No. 3 Smt. Sheela Pradip Nagtode has been promoted as Supervisor on 01.02.2010 and approval has been given to her appointment on 08.08.2011. The effort of the petitioner in this petition filed on 24.12.2013 is to demonstrate that he is senior to that lady.

The petitioner has made number of representations in the matter. However, considering the time lapsed and the fact that the said lady is not party before this Court, at this juncture, we are not inclined to

32wp242.14 interfere in writ jurisdiction. We grant liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to Respondent No. 3. If such a representation is filed within a period of three weeks from today, Respondent No. 3 shall consider it in accordance with law after hearing all concerned within next eight weeks. Leaving all rival contentions open and with these directions, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
