By present application, the applicant/ respondent no.4 is seeking to withdraw the entire amount deposited in a Nationalized Bank in Fixed Deposit in terms of order dated 20/3/2015 passed in First Appeal No. 604/2013.

2] The learned Counsel for the appellant - M.S.R.T.C. states that since the appeal has been disposed of, he has no role to play and the amount could be disbursed in terms of order passed by this Court. 3] In view thereof, the amount be disbursed to the applicant in terms of order dated 20/3/2015. 4] The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
