DATE : 24.02.2016 This contempt petition has been filed raising grievance that the respondents have failed to comply with the judgment dated 12.12.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.1311/2001. By said judgment the Zilla Parishad, Buldana had been directed to appoint the petitioners by placing them in appropriate posts without any back wages but with continuity of service.
Smt. Neeta Jog, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submitted that an order dated 14.8.2015 along with the corrigendum dated 1.2.2016 has been issued by the respondent no.1. In terms of these communications, the directions issued in the aforesaid writ petition have been complied with. In view of aforesaid, there is no reason to keep the contempt petition pending. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
