Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) submits that subsequent to lodging First Information Report, the investigation has been carried out and up till now, at least the statements of 29 witnesses have been recorded, who have stated that the amount invested by them has resulted in no return. Thus, the witnesses have stated that they have been duped.

Learned APP submits that fraud that has been revealed till now is worth Rs. 3.5 Crores approximately. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks time to take instructions.

Stand over to 2-9-2025.
