Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application in order to avail of the statutory remedy by filing the revision before the revisional Court.

Criminal Application No.704/2013 is dismissed as withdrawn. If a revision is filed by the applicants within a period of three weeks from today and if such a revision is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, the learned revisional court is expected to consider the same, in accordance with law, keeping in mind the long pendency of the present application before this Court. Interim order granted on 11.04.2014 in favour of the applicant, which is in operation, shall remain in force for a period of six weeks from today. JUDGE kahale
