We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner Ms. Kalyani S. Kalbande.

She would claim that post is already filled in as the respondent No.5 is appointed and drawing the salary.

The fact remains that the notice is made returnable on 12.11.2024 i.e. today and the respondents have chosen not to file their reply in the matter.

That being so, we accept the statement of the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the post is occupied by respondent No.5. As such the order dated 15.10.2024 to the extent of para 6 stands modified accordingly.
