Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has tendered before this Court a copy of the communication dated 04/12/2020, received by him from the Superintendent, Nagpur Central Prison, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It does show that the petitioner has been transferred to Gadchiroli District Prison and the petitioner has also been released on emergency parole leave on 14/05/2020 and that he has also availed of the same.
