By this application, learned Counsel for petitioners seeks permission to transpose the petitioner Nos.1 to 6 as respondent Nos.5 to 10. As there are conflict of interests in respect of petitioner Nos.1 to 6 and petitioner Nos.7 to 32, it would be appropriate to transpose petitioner Nos.1 to 6 as respondent Nos.5 to10. Permission is granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out within three days.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent Nos.5 to 10, returnable within two weeks.

In view of transposition, prayer Clause-(i) has become redundant and learned Counsel for petitioners do not want to press the same. He also makes a statement that

2 47 wp 5126-2023 he has no grievance against respondent No.4, if he would be appointed on compassionate ground.

At the request of learned Counsel for petitioners, leave to amend prayer clause is granted.

Amendment to be carried out within three days. 7.
