Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to the learned Counsel though the encroachment was directed to be removed, the same has not been done. He has invited our attention to the representation dated 21.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner so also further communication dated 12.08.2025 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhandara and communication dated 09.09.2025 submitted by the Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Bhandara.

In view of both the aforesaid communications, we direct the respondent - Chief Officer, Municipal Counsel, Bhandara to decide the representations dated 21.07.2025 in the light of the communication dated 12.08.2025 and 09.09.2025 within eight weeks from today.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
