Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the papers.
The applicants are being prosecuted in respect of Crime No.121/2015 for offence punishable under sections 498A, 306, 34 of the IPC registered at Barshitakli Police Station, Dist Akola.
The applicants have been in jail from the date of their arrest i.e. 4.9.2015. The investigation, by now , must have been completed. The detention of the applicants any further, is not necessary. Hence, the following order :
ORDER:
1) Criminal Application No. 913/2015 is allowed 2) The applicants be released on bail in respect of Crime No. 121/2015 for offenc epunsihableu/s 498A, 306, 34 of the IPC registered at Barshitakli Police Station, on executing a PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- ( twenty thousand ) each with one solvent
23.12.ba.913.15 surety in the like amount, by each of them, on condition that they shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
