Heard the learned Counsel for the applicantappellant and the learned Counsel for respondent No.2.

It has been brought to my notice that while disposing of Civil Application No.2146/2017, the reasoning as well as operative part allowing of the application has not appeared in the order that was ultimately transcribed on 27/11/2017. The order has been transcribed by Shri Gohane, the then Personal Assistant. This is a clerical mistake and, therefore, the order dated 27/11/2017 needs to be corrected. In addition to what is mentioned in the order, the application stands allowed by adding the following paragraph in the beginning of the order.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application being C.A.F. No.2146/2017 is allowed. The delay is condoned. The appeal be registered." The order dated 27/11/2017 stands modified in the above terms.
