Prayer is to correct name of father of petitioner no.1 as 'Yamaji' instead of 'Ramaji'. Civil Application seeks correction only in judgment. Name of father of petitioner is mentioned as 'Ramaji' in description of parties in main petition, hence, petitioner has to first get the name corrected in Writ Petition. Hence, with that liberty, present application is disposed of. No costs.
