The present application is filed for seeking stay to the effect, implementation, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in M.A.C.T. No. 131/2018 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within ten weeks, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

3.

On failure to deposit the amount within ten weeks, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

Civil application is disposed of.
