The applicant/appellant is convicted by the Additional Sessions Judge-2, Achalpur on 22/05/2018. He is directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years. The applicant is in jail. The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 353 days caused in filing the appeal. Heard Ms S.H. Bhatia, the learned Counsel, appointed by the Legal Aid Committee to provide legal aid to the applicant, who is in jail.

Bhatia, the learned appointed Counsel, is entitled to receive Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for drafting the application for condonation of delay and for arguing the said application, from the Legal Aid Committee, Nagpur.
