Heard.

In Crime No.324/2015 registered with Police Station Wadgaon Road, Dist.Yavatmal for an offence punishable under Section 420, 471, 468, 417 of the IPC and 66-k, 66-d of the IT Act, the applicant is seeking relief of grant of bail. Admittedly, the applicant is in jail for last two months from the date of his arrest namely; 11.10.2015. The PCR and investigation appears to have been over. The applicant's detention in jail for two months is sufficient and is no more necessary.

In view of above, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.916/2015 is allowed.

(ii) The applicant-Sagar Gajo Mahato be released on bail in crime No.324/2015 registered with Police Station Wadgaon Road, Dist. Yavatmal for an offence punishable under Section 420, 471, 468, 417 of the IPC

ba916.15 and 66-k, 66-d of the IT Act on he executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall attend Police Station, Wadgaon Road, Dist. Yavatmal on last Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
