This application is filed for condonation of 117 days' delay caused in filing miscellaneous civil application for review of order dated 7/7/2015 passed by this Court in Civil Revision Application No.138/2015, thereby dismissing the same against respondent nos.2 and 3.

The subject matter of revision appears to be challenge to order dated 29/7/2013 passed by learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No. 813/2009 rejecting application filed under Order XIV Rule 2(2) of Civil Procedure Code.

For the grounds mentioned in para 2 of the application, delay is condoned in the interest of justice. The civil application is disposed of as allowed.
