The petitioner is claiming that an application for grant of ad-interim relief is pending consideration and the same is not granted.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.

We direct the respondent to deal with the petitioner's prayer for grant of ad-interim relief expeditiously and, in any case, within a period of three weeks from today.
