Mr. M.P. Khajanchi, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. R.D. Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate for the respondent submit that the parties have amicably resolved their controversy and

2 18. WP 6449 of 2024.odt terms of settlement by way of joint compromise pursis, signed by the parties to the petitions and their respective Advocates, are placed on record. They state that the parties are present before the Court. The terms of settlement by way of joint compromise pursis are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose. 2.

In view of terms of compromise, it is submitted that the dispute is resolved and the petitioner does not want to prosecute the instant petitions.

They submitted that the parties have settled their entire controversy even with respect to four other civil suits pending in between them before the trial court, the details of which are mentioned in the joint compromise pursis. Accordingly, parties are permitted to file on record of the trial court a copy of joint compromise pursis and after the same is filed, the concerned trial court may consider passing a compromise decree on the terms of settlement, after getting itself satisfied.
