CORAM : MANISH PITALE J DATED : 10/12/2019 When this writ petition was called out for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the rival parties i.e. petitioners and respondent No.2 submitted an application across the bar to this Court, which is an application for disposal of the writ petition in terms of compromise. The compromise terms are incorporated in the application at paragraphs A to R.

The learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 pointed out that the respondent No. 1 & 3 are State Authorities and since the dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.2 is essentially of personal nature, the said Authorities and their counsel are not required to be signatories to the present application.

The petitioners and respondent No.2 and their respective counsel have signed this application containing the compromise terms. The said application is taken on record and marked as ' X '. Since the rival parties have settled their interse dispute in terms of the compromise, the compromise terms are made part of this order and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said compromise. The parties i.e. petitioners No.1, 2 and 3 as also respondent No.2 are directed to abide by the compromise terms.

Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.

The pending contempt petition and all applications are disposed of.
