Civil Application No.1525/2017 This is an application filed by the appellant under order 41 Rule 5 of the Civil Procedure Code for grant of stay. Heard. Perused the application. It is submitted that the suit was partly allowed, however, the appeal was dismissed. No interim stay was granted by this Court earlier. In such circumstances, no case is made out for grant of stay. The application is rejected.
