The petitioners - employer have filed this application praying for modification of the interim order passed by this Court on 9th December, 2014. The submission on behalf of the petitioners is that if the amount and benefits as directed by the Industrial Court are paid to the respondent, it will not be possible to recover the amount if they succeed in the petition. The order dated 9th December, 2014 is passed after hearing the parties. I see no reason to modify the order. The civil application is dismissed.
