The respondent Nos. 1 to 4 despite service have failed to appear before this Court. Heard learned Advocate for the appellant.

This is an application for condonation of 88 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and decree. The reasons have been stated in the application. It is stated that due to administrative procedure for taking a decision to file the appeal the delay has occurred. The appellant is the NMC. On going through the application, I am satisfied that the reasons are sufficient to grant the application. 3.

In view of the reasons, the application is allowed.
