O R D E R

(Passed on 27.07.2024) The appellant and Shri Rajesh M. Hatwar, Dy. Executive Engineer, who is authorized by the respondent no. 3 along with their respective counsel are present.

The parties have settled their dispute on the compromise terms mentioned in the Form-'

N'. The parties admit putting their signature on Form-' N'

after understanding the contents of the Form-'N'. 3.

According, the appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise terms mentioned in the Form-'N'. The compromise decree be drawn accordingly. 4.

It is also agreed by the parties that the decreetal amount along with the statutory benefits shall be deposited in the District Court within six months from today.
