DATE : 27-01-2025 Through this petition, the petitioners seek direction against respondents Nos.1 to 4 to sanction one additional post of the Assistant Teacher for 6th and 7th Standard of petitioner No.2 school as per the provisions of the Government Resolution dated 28-08-2015 and also judgment dated 16.12.2019 passed in W.P. No.5970/2017. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a communication dated 27-01-2025 across the bar. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. By this communication, the respondent-2 Director of Primary Education has sanctioned three posts as requested by the petitioners.

In view of the said communication, the learned counsel, Mr. B.G. Kulkarni, submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. Hence, he is praying for the disposal of the petition.
