NOVEMBER 20, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2) The petitioner challenge the order dated 13/09/2019 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, whereby allowed the Revision Application No.103/2019 and Change Report Inquiry No.63/2015 was restored and directed Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the same afresh. 3) After going through the order passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, I do not find any reason to interfere with the said order.

4) In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
